Bocce Ball

Dear Marietta Kiwanis Bocce Players,
 
You are invited to attend the Marietta Kiwanis Club Bocce Ball  Party.
 
Please sign up on the sign up sheet that will be available at the upcoming Thursday's lunch meetings.
 
The first 70 members and guests who sign up will attend. Put your name and the number of people in your party including you.
 
Some of you have already e mailed me to RSVP yes.

What: Marietta Kiwanis Club Bocce Ball Party
 
Date: Saturday 6-14-08.
 
Time: 7:30 to 11 pm.
 
Uniform of the Day: All white clothing.  Why?  First , all white clothing shows up better than dark clothing in out door night time pictures and videos. Second, all white clothing is really high class.  Third, all white clothing  reminds me of my all white uniforms that I wore during my service in the US Navy.  No high heel shoes because they damage the court.
 
Snacks: We will provide cookies, cakes, sweets, chips, dip , vegetable  tray and fruit tray.
It will not be enough for a good meal. We recommend that you have a good meal before you arrive.
 
Drinks: We will provide non alcoholic drinks. You can BYOB.

DIRECTIONS TO Matt and Joanne FLOURNOYS= HOME FROM ATLANTA, GA.:

  1. GO I-75 NORTH TO EXIT 263 (SOUTH MARIETTA PARKWAY-120 & SOUTHERN POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY).
  2. GO WEST ON SOUTH MARIETTA PARKWAY APPROXIMATELY 2.9 MILES UNTIL IT INTERSECTS WITH POWDER SPRINGS STREET (ROUTE 360).
  3. TAKE A LEFT ON POWDER SPRINGS STREET AND TRAVEL APPROXIMATELY 1.8 MILES UNTIL YOU SEE ARDEN DRIVE ON YOUR LEFT.
  4. MAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO ARDEN DRIVE AND GO APPROXIMATELY 1.1 MILES.  OUR HOUSE IS THE 2ND TO THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT:
