Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer - First Landmark Bank

Terri Bunten is the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of First Landmark Bank, In Organization in Marietta. She will oversee the Lending Function and all Business Development once the bank opens in early 2008. She is a native of Arkansas and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice.

Terri is very active with the Cobb Chamber of Commerce serving in many capacities, including Co-Chair of the 2007 Membership Campaign, Past President of Cobb Executive Women, past chair of the Smyrna Area Council and past board member. She is a graduate and alumni of Leadership Douglas (1996), Leadership Cobb (2000), and the Honorary Commanders Association (2001).

Terri is an active member of many non-profit organizations including serving on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Cobb County, the Board of Directors of the Georgia Chapter of the March of Dimes where she serves as the Chair of the Georgia Office of Volunteers. In this capacity she is tasked with training all new March of Dimes board members throughout the state of Georgia. She is currently serving as the Co-Chair with Alice Summerour for the Silent Auction Committee for the 2007 Center For Family Resources Oscar Gala.

Terri has been an outspoken advocate for newborn health over the last 10 years through the March of Dimes and Folic Acid Awareness campaigns. She serves on the Georgia Folic Acid Task Force and is a National Spokesperson for the National Council on Folic Acid. As Mrs. Georgia International in 2002, Terri created a non profit Foundation that provides valuable Folic Acid education to women of Child bearing age.

Terri has been a Kiwanian for 15 years, 5 of those years with the Douglas county Kiwanis club where she held the office of President Elect prior to moving to Cobb County. She has been a member of the Marietta Kiwanis Club since 1998 and has served in various capacities including chairing the Pictorial Directory, Young Children Priority One, and the Major Emphasis Committee ?¬¨¬®¬¨¬¢¬¨¬®¬¨¬Æ‚Äö?†????´¬¨¬®¬¨¬Æ‚Äö?†??¬¨¬Æ Juvenile Diabetes.

She has received many awards and recognitions including a Diamond George F. Hixon award, YWCA Woman of Achievement in 2004 and was named one of Cobb?¬¨¬®¬¨¬¢¬¨¬®¬¨¬Æ‚Äö?†????´¬¨¬®¬¨¬Æ‚Äö?†??¬¨‚Ä¢s Dynamic Women in 2006. In her spare time she plays Alta Tennis, hikes, and is training to run her first marathon.
