Pat has experience which spans the corporate world, commercial real estate industry, national sales and training, and personal ownership of a start up business. A licensed Real Estate Broker for more than twenty years in Florida, she was a national sales trainer with an international real estate franchise for more than four years, while also managing a commercial / residential real estate office with more than 20 associates. She was actively involved with commercial land development, management, leasing with developers for various commercial projects, and business brokerage.

In February 1988, Pat began specializing in mergers and acquisitions of companies with annual sales of $1,000,000 to $40,000,000. She consults with business owners in structuring business plans, business evaluations, transition planning or exit strategy, and marketing strategies for company growth. Pat has sold companies ranging from small privately held businesses to large companies with current management remaining.

Pat has been a member of the International Business Brokers Association since 1990 and received the CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designation in 1993. She was awarded the Fellow of the IBBA (FCBI) in November of 2002. The FCBI is given to those members that have maintained membership in the association for over 10 years with a CBI designation, in good standing and has made significant contributions to the association during that time. In 2005 Pat earned the M & AMI designation (Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary), one of 80 worldwide. Pat is very involved with the Education committee of the IBBA and is one of the Instructors for the Association. She was responsible for coordinating the new Train the Trainer program to certify Instructors for the IBBA. Pat is involved with the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) in Atlanta, Georgia, the National Funding Association (NFA) of Atlanta. Pat maintains a real estate broker's license in Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina and is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) since 1973. She specializes in manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, and specific service companies.
