Robert "Bobby" W. Tharpe

President - Tharpe Printing

Bobby is a native of Hawkinsville, Georgia and is a graduate of UGA. He, Melinda, and their 3 kids have lived in Cobb County since 1984. They currently live in West Cobb.

Bobby's corporate career spanned 14 years with Unisource and then DuPont. He started East Cobb Printing in 1995 to be able to spend more time with his children. He changed the name to Tharpe Printing in 2006 after relocating the business closer to central Marietta. Bobby enjoys golf, tennis, landscaping and home improvement.

He has been on boards for the Georgia Printing Association, Habitat for Humanity and TellTale Theater. He is also a deacon and Sunday School teacher at First Presbyterian in Marietta.
