Flag Project Committee

PURPOSE: Committee is responsible for promoting and selling yearly subscriptions to The flag project for the purpose of funding scholarships and other need Based donations approved by the board.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The chair of the Flag Project is responsible for assembling a committee of section team captains and helpers to facilitate the put up and take down of the flags on the 7 days designated as "flag flying days". The committee should work closely with the sponsored Youth Committee to recruit key clubbers from our sponsored Key Clubs to help with each Flag Project Day. Submit a budget by October 7th. Work toward sending one committee member to a District meeting for training.
