Business and Public Affairs

PURPOSE: To consider the needs of the community in the areas of business, governmental and schools and to respond appropriately and in a fashion consistent with the leadership abilities inherent within the Committee generally and each individual member specifically.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Survey the community for areas that the committee on behalf of the club can participate and assist in improving the community.

Submit a budget by October 7th.

Present a plan for the year's activity to the President prior to the November Board of Directors meeting.

Hold monthly meeting.

Notify On Line Bulletin Editor and the Committee on Public Relations And Communications of all activities that need publicizing.

Encourage the attendance of at least one committee member at each District meeting.
