Sports and Social Committee

Sports & Social Committee’s policy regarding sign-ups and charging to member’s accounts:

  1. If you have signed up for an event, you will receive an email from the Sports & Social Committee the week prior to the event.  This email will confirm that you have signed up to attend the event, how many total attendees you have signed up for, and notifying you that your account is being charged whether you attend or not.  The email will give a deadline to reply if something is inaccurate.
  2. Most events which are limited in capacity will carry a charge, even if it is nominal.
