Interclub Committee

PURPOSE: To promote fellowship and to gain insight into other club's activities through visits to other clubs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Interclub Committee is responsible for seeing that our Club conducts at least two interclubs a month. This will be accomplished through assignment of a committee chair per month to interclub that month. The chair of the interclub committee will contact the assigned committee chair at the beginning of each month to remind that person of his/her responsibility.

To visit each club in the division each six months.
To promote Division, District and International meetings.
To coordinate Division meetings that are hosted by our club. To encourage every member to attend at least one interclub.
Submit a budget by October 7th.
Present a plan for the year's activity to the President prior to the November Board of Directors meeting.
Hold monthly meeting.
Submit Monthly reports to the Secretary prior to next month's Board of Directors meeting.
Notify On Line Bulletin Editor of all activities that need publicizing.
Encourage the attendance of at least one committee member at each District Meeting.
