House Committee

PURPOSE: To create a welcome atmosphere for guest, members, interclubs and integrate new members into the Club.

RESPONSIBILITIES: For the Chairman to remind monthly chairs and assigned new members to their responsibilities which include:

Arrive early and set up badges, club roster and guest list on table outside meeting room.
Set up flag, banners and podium.
Greet members and remind them to put on badges and check name off club roster.
Greet guest, register them and give them name tags.
Promote IDD Raffle and sell tickets.
Greet interclubs, register them and collect payment for meal.
Make sure the guest introduction person assigned for that week has the guest list.
Make sure the Raffle Chair has the purchased tickets and information needed to conduct the weekly raffle.
Take down flag, banner, podium, as well as replace badges in box after meeting.
Monitor the guest sign-in sheet.

New club members are assigned to this committee for one month.
